Is It Difficult to Sleep? What Can We Do About A Sleep Problem?

It is a fact that everyone regardless of age needs sleep, it may vary from person to person it is best to average from six to eight hours of sleep every day. Natural growth hormones are released during deep sleep and help your body to stay healthier and more youthful. However there are a large percentage of the public suffering from sleep disorders and it's no wonder why many people cannot concentrate, are forgetful and are generally not performing well on a daily basis.
